About Us

Title of our blog is “KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)“. According to Wikipedia.com, KISS is an acronym for “Keep it
simple, stupid” as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960. The KISS principle states that simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided. Hence, we follow KISS principle in this Blog! The purpose of this blog is to act as a place holder for what we have learned, learning or planning to learn. Problems / Issues arise in some process and how to solve the same.It all started as a struggle to survive while we started Bachelor of Computer Application in 2000. Soon, it was a battle of doubts and self confidence to prove to our own self that we can do it. We survived a storm where Blogging, YouTube, Video Training’s, Certifications, etc. were not that popular.

We met in year 2000 in a collage where we struggled a lot to find the reason for our existence and that education provided us base to find that reason. Ashish was a topper in a collage and University Ranker and I didn’t do bad in terms on Number but he was far better (Jealous?).

We are certainly not making a living out of this. It is just a sharing exercise and we would love if you want to share your experiences here.

Ashish claims he is a learner, thinker, and teacher; I agree with him in the same order (LOL). I am a struggling Software Engineer if you can call me that 🙂

We have learnt a lot from Online, Blogs, Tutorials, Wikipedia, Forums, YouTube, etc. We want that on the Internet. We want to Learn, Share, Discuss, and Document what we come across.
